AUTOMANIA REMASTERED
(PC version)

We're excited to share some big news - we're working on the Wally Week Remaster series, starting with the iconic classic Automania!

This project is being developed for, and will be published by, Alternative Software Ltd., the official rights holders of the Wally Week IP.

Our aim is to bring this beloved title to a whole new generation of players - and to rekindle fond memories for long-time fans. Expect updated graphics, refreshed music and sound, and… just a little something extra. Let's just say Wally might be taking on a few additional tasks along the way!

The games will be remastered in chronological order. Once the remasters are complete, we'll begin work on a brand-new Wally Week Adventure β€” the biggest yet β€” spanning multiple environments and even different time periods.

The Story

Welcome to the world of Wally Week.
O.K. Wally try and get it right this time! All you have to do is get these car parts from the store, take them to the assembly area and put 'em together. Simple, INNIT? If you had bought decent shelving units things wouldn't keep falling off, would they Wally, and if the gangplanks seem to have a mind of their own it's because you're a Wally, Wally. If you put things back in their right places you wouldn't have to jump over them to get what you want. With your flat hat, beer belly and oversize boots you really are a Wally, Wally. You as Wally Week have cars to build, each consisting of 6 parts. You will begin in the store area with tyres bouncing around to hit you. You must go to the stock room, identify the parts required, and go up the ladders to each level to collect them. The gangplanks are none too safe and you must jump the gaps to reach the relevant parts. There are various items strewn on the floors which again have to be jumped over. You will then return to the assembly area to place the parts in their correct positions on the car.

Automania Remastered will be available for Windows and macOS, featuring both enhanced and 16-color versions. It includes updated graphics in 640x360 resolution (scalable up to 4K), improved sound, a savable high-score table, and brand-new bonus content.
