RAFFLE RULES
Effective date: 4 October 2026
Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. Organiser
Raffles are organised by Melderon d.o.o., Zadolje 2, 1610 Ribnica, Slovenia (tax number SI33794057), which operates the MegaVision Software label ("we", "us", "Organiser").
2. What These Rules Cover
From time to time we hold raffles in which a few subscribers of our mailing list win free games. These rules apply to every such raffle.
Each raffle is announced to subscribers by email (the "Raffle Announcement"). The announcement states the details of that raffle: the prize(s), the number of winners, the closing date and the date of the draw. Where the Raffle Announcement gives a specific detail, it applies to that raffle; for everything else, these rules apply.
3. Free to Enter
Taking part is completely free. No purchase or payment of any kind is required, and buying our games does not improve your chances.
Every eligible subscriber is entered automatically — you don't need to do anything else unless the Raffle Announcement asks you to. Each person can have one entry per raffle. Subscribing with several email addresses does not give extra entries; if we find that one person has done so, all of their entries may be disqualified.
4. Who Can Enter
You can take part if, on the closing date of the raffle:
- you are subscribed to our mailing list and have confirmed your subscription through the link we emailed you; and
- you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who may be asked to confirm it before a prize is handed over.
Employees of Melderon d.o.o., their immediate family members, and anyone involved in organising the raffle cannot take part. Raffles are void where prohibited by local law.
5. The Draw
After the closing date, the winners are picked at random by a computer draw from all eligible entries. We keep a record of each draw. If the Raffle Announcement says so, we may also draw reserve winners in the same way.
6. Winners
We contact winners by email at their subscribed address, normally within 7 days of the draw. To claim a prize, the winner must reply within 14 days of our email. If a winner doesn't reply in time, can't be reached, or turns out not to be eligible, the prize may go to a reserve winner or a newly drawn one.
Beware of scams: we will never ask you to pay anything, or for passwords or bank or card details, in order to receive a prize. Our winner emails only come from our own domain.
7. Prizes
Prizes are described in each Raffle Announcement and are usually digital copies or activation keys for our games. Unless the announcement says otherwise:
- prizes have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged or transferred;
- if a game is delivered through a third-party platform (for example Steam), the winner needs their own account on that platform and must accept its terms;
- if a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.
If the value of a prize exceeds the threshold set by Slovenian tax law, the prize may be subject to income tax. In that case we will contact the winner before handing the prize over and explain what tax information, if any, we need.
8. Personal Data
For raffles we only use the data we already hold for the mailing list (your email address). If you win, we use it to contact you and deliver the prize; only if the law requires it for tax purposes will we ask a winner for further details, such as their name and address. We do not publish winners' names without their consent.
More details are in our Privacy Policy. If you unsubscribe from the mailing list, you will no longer take part in raffles, including any raffle that is still open.
9. Disqualification and Changes to a Raffle
We may disqualify entries that we reasonably believe were made fraudulently, automatically (for example by bots), with fake email addresses, or otherwise against these rules.
If something beyond our reasonable control prevents a raffle from running as planned, we may postpone, change or cancel it and will let subscribers know by email.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for emails that are lost, delayed or filtered as spam, or for problems with third-party platforms used to redeem a prize. Nothing in these rules limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
11. Governing Law
These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovenia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Rules
We may update these rules from time to time. Each raffle is run under the version of the rules published on this page on the day the raffle was announced.
