1. Introduction

Welcome to the MegaVision Software website ("Website"), including its store, customer accounts and mailing list. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

This Website is owned and operated by Melderon d.o.o., Zadolje 2, 1610 Ribnica, Slovenia (tax number SI33794057), an IT company registered in Slovenia (EU). MegaVision Software is a game development label founded by Melderon d.o.o., dedicated to PC and retro gaming development.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. In short: we never sell your data, and we only use it to run this Website and our store.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, screenshots, artwork, audio, video, game assets, character designs, and software — is the property of Melderon d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without prior written permission
  • Use any trademarks, logos, or brand names of MegaVision Software or its games without authorisation
  • Frame, mirror, or embed any part of this Website on another website

Fan content & press: You are welcome to share screenshots and link to this Website for non-commercial purposes such as reviews, articles, and fan content, provided proper credit is given to MegaVision Software.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict the use of this Website by others. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Website
  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through any form on the Website
  • Create accounts or mailing-list sign-ups automatically, or with email addresses that are not yours
  • Attempt to interfere with the Website's operation or performance

4. Customer Accounts

You can buy without an account, but an account lets you see your orders and download your games again at any time. To create one, you must be at least 16 years old and confirm your email address through the link we send you. You agree to:

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date
  • Keep your password secret — you are responsible for activity on your account
  • Use one account per person and not share it

We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these Terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; order records that we must keep by law (such as invoices) are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Store & Digital Downloads

Products in our store are sold by Melderon d.o.o..

  • Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where it applies. VAT depends on your country; the final price is shown at checkout before you pay. Business customers may have individual prices.
  • Payment is made by card (through the Activa eway2pay payment gateway) or PayPal. Your order is confirmed once the payment provider confirms the payment; we then email you an order confirmation (with a PDF copy of your order).
  • Digital products are delivered as personal download links, by email and on your account page. Each link allows 3 downloads within 7 days; a fresh link can be requested from your account page at any time.
  • Physical products are shipped to the address you give at checkout.
  • Unlock codes are redeemed on our redeem page and require an account. Unless stated otherwise, each code can be used once, may only be valid within certain dates, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with each code.

Licence. Games and other digital products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, upload or otherwise distribute the files, download links or keys.

Your rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have all the rights the law gives you, including the legal guarantee for faulty products; nothing in these Terms limits them. EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied by download, this right ends once the download begins, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will sort it out.

6. Mailing List & Raffles

Our mailing list is free and optional. You join by confirming your email address, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. We only send news about our games and projects — no ads, and your address is never shared or sold. From time to time we hold raffles in which a few subscribers win free games; these follow our Raffle Rules.

7. Contact Form

When you submit a message through the contact form, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and truthful
  • You will not use the form to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or malicious content
  • Your submission does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to not respond to messages that are abusive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Your Data

We take your privacy seriously. We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We use it only to operate this Website and our store — your account, orders, downloads and, if you subscribe, the mailing list. Exactly what we store, why and for how long, and which cookies we use, is listed in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Links

This Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Steam, GOG, Patreon, Kickstarter, social media platforms). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

10. Game Content & Availability

Information about our games (including screenshots, descriptions, release dates, and features) is provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. We make no guarantees regarding release dates, final features, or availability of any game or product.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Melderon d.o.o. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • The Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any information on the Website is complete, accurate, or current
  • The Website is free of viruses or other harmful components

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Melderon d.o.o. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Website.
